1. Company Information

These terms and conditions govern the services provided by West Lothian Feature Walls Ltd, registered in Scotland, operating from 22c Carmondean Centre S, Livingston, EH54 8TD. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide bespoke media wall design, manufacture, and installation services, as well as the supply and installation of electric fireplaces and associated electrical work. All services are subject to a prior survey or consultation.

3. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on information provided and may be subject to revision following a site survey. Our quotes are fully inclusive — the price quoted is the price you pay, with no hidden charges.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit is required to confirm your booking and commence manufacture. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer and major debit/credit cards.

5. Installation

We will agree an installation date with you in advance. We aim to complete all installations within a single day. Our team will take reasonable care to protect your property during installation.

6. Guarantee

All installations are covered by our guarantee, the duration of which will be specified in your quotation (up to 5 years). This covers defects in materials and workmanship. Electric fireplaces carry their own manufacturer's warranty in addition to our installation guarantee.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If manufacture has already commenced, a reasonable charge may apply.

8. Liability

We carry comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and specifications produced by us remain our intellectual property. They may not be reproduced, shared, or used by third parties without our written consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
