Our designers will guide you through the options, help you choose finishes that complement your existing décor, and recommend the best fireplace for your wall size. You'll leave with a clear understanding of your options and an indicative price.
Book a Site Survey
Schedule a home visit where we'll take accurate measurements and discuss electrics, layout, and any structural requirements.
The site survey is essential for an accurate quote. We measure your room precisely, assess your electrical supply, identify any structural considerations, and discuss the best positioning for your TV, fireplace, and lighting. A £50 booking deposit secures your survey.
Formal Quote & Approval
After the survey, we provide a formal quote with your £50 deposit deducted. Once approved, your design is finalised, and we move to production.
Your quote is detailed, transparent, and inclusive. It covers design, materials, production, installation, electrics, lighting, and a completion clean. There are no hidden costs. Once you approve, we finalise your design and schedule production.
Production Begins
We send you a 50% deposit request which can be paid by bank transfer or card. Once paid, your bespoke media wall enters production.
Your wall is built to order in our workshop. We confirm your installation date and coordinate any pre-installation electrical work if needed. Typical production time is 2–3 weeks, though this varies depending on complexity and current demand.
Installation & Handover
Our expert team installs your complete media wall, carries out full electrical connections and lighting setup, and completes a final clean before handing everything over.
On completion, we walk you through everything — how to operate the lighting, fireplace controls, and any smart features. We request customer sign-off which generates the remaining 50% invoice for immediate payment. Your media wall is now ready to enjoy.
